Gypsy Divine Return Policy

At Gypsy Divine, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We believe that our returns and refunds policy is both honest and straightforward. It’s designed to give you complete confidence in purchasing through Gypsy divine Online Store.

Change of mind

At Gypsy Divine, we accept change of mind up to 14 days from purchase. If you simply change your mind, we will be pleased to offer you exchange provided that:

  • The product is unused.
  • The product is still in the original full sales packaging and is in a re-sellable condition.
  • Email us within 14 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details.
  • We will provide you with refund less postage & handling fee.
  • All change of mind purchased will incure a 10% restocking fee.
  • All purchases who select local pick up and are in fact not local will be refunded minus the 10% Restocking fee.

Defective Product

If the product you purchased is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund upon your request provided that:

  • The product does not have physical or liquid damage.
  • The product is still in the full sales packaging and is in its original condition.
  • Email us within 14 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details

 

Damaged During transit

If product package arrived damaged before you sign the parcel:

  • Please inspect the condition in front of delivery driver
  • You can choose to accept the parcel condition or reject the delivery and request to return back to sender.
  • Please email us with your order details

If you accidentally accepted the parcel and found damaged:

  • Please email us immediately upon receiving the goods(same day), providing full package details and including photos of the damaged item.
  • We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.

Return Procedures

  • Simply email your request with the reason to gypsydivine01@gmail.com.
  • Products can be returned to our Rockhampton store or via email requests.
  • For change of mind returns/exchanges, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • Any refund will be issued via your original payment method.
